Greetings! We are overjoyed to be able to talk to you today. We who permanently dwell in the Oneness continue to watch and support all of the souls of humanity as you grapple with the conditions you have created in your world. As we have told you all along, these conditions, are created by the collective consciousness of humanity and provide each of you with an opportunity - both for the individual and for the unity of souls that inhabit the planet Earth as you experience the illusion of embodiment and separation. Recently, we have slowed our communications in order to allow you to absorb our messages and decide what they mean to you and how they relate to your current experience. Much has happened on your planet’s present trip around the Sun. To you, it likely feels like strife. We know it has been stressful and painful. We know it has often been frightening. But we are also overjoyed at the opportunity it has provided you. We are in awe of how many of you have capitalized on that opportunity and reconnected with your soul-self, which has been with you all along but often gone unnoticed in the cacophony and busyness of your day-to-day embodied life. Today, we wish to offer a short message about conditioning, as well as how you use this to reinforce your sense of separation from one another. Every embodied soul has conditioning in common. All of you are conditioned from the moment of your emergence in human bodies. However, you are not all conditioned in the same way, nor does your conditioning affect each of you identically. What is conditioning and why does it happen? Conditioning occurs from the moment of birth, as you begin to observe what pleases those around you and what doesn’t. When a soul connects with a human body in the process of birth, you lose your conscious awareness of your connection to the Oneness. And while you don’t remember your connection to Source and to all souls, which are also from Source, you still have the longing to be connected because at your core, Oneness is who you are. This lack of remembrance of the Oneness happens by design so you can immerse in the embodied human experience of duality. However, even if you don’t consciously recall your true identity as Source, the longing to connect with other souls remains. And that longing to connect is the conduit for the conditioning that occurs throughout your life. When you are infants, the conditioning is often subtle. You watch your parents for signs of approval and adjust your behaviors accordingly. As you grow older and seek to connect with others, your conditioning intensifies. You constantly adapt in order to try and connect. Because you forget that you are love, you spend your lives seeking love and approval from others, which is a manifestation of your longing to return to Source. And so, throughout an embodied lifetime, you unconsciously become conditioned in a desire to fit in, to be loved, to be accepted. At the same time, you unconsciously participate in the conditioning of others who are following the same yearnings you have. By the time you reach adulthood, you have been bombarded with conditioning in every aspect of your life, ranging from friends and family members, to your education system, to your religions, to your communities, to the items you buy and consume, and even to the activities you pursue as entertainment. Each of these sends subtle but powerful messages about how you should think, behave, speak, love, and believe. It is this conditioning that causes each of you to develop your shadow selves; those parts of self you hide away from others for fear they will deem them unacceptable, and it is this conditioning that affects those things you hold as so important to your self-concept, such as your political, social, or religious beliefs, your talents, and your appearance. What is important to understand is this: People are not their conditioning. Do not mistake what someone shows you with who they truly are. Because regardless of how different the expression of their conditioning is from yours, they are just as much of the part of the Oneness as you are. In fact, we would go so far as to remind you of this: that person you are supposed to hate because they are different from you? They ARE you, and you are them. Outside of your embodied experience, their spiritual DNA is inseparable from yours. What thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors do you have of which you aren’t proud? What hides in your shadows? Do you really think others are any different? Would you want others – even those who are violently opposed to the things you believe in or support – to try to understand you, even the parts of yourself you have disowned? They long for the same. Those parts you that hide in the shadows aren’t you. They are your conditioning filtered through ego. In fact, your self-concept--that packet of ideas you hold that allows you to define yourself as separate from others--is merely an illusion created by the conditioned experience of being human. Likewise, those things that you “hate” (or disapprove of, or fear) about another aren’t them, either. They are manifestations of conditioning that is inherent in the embodied experience. With so many souls with such different conditioning, how do you move forward? How do you resolve all of the problems humanity seems to have? The answer is love. Love is the way forward. Compassion is how you get out of this. Focus on what makes you the same while honoring what makes you different. Celebrate your shared purpose and common humanity, instead of placing blame or treating others with suspicion. Be aware of your propensity to try and condition or control others to make them more like you. In your fear, you try to control them so they will conform with the manifestations of your conditioning, and you grow angry when they try to control you in order to conform with the manifestations of theirs. This is part of the embodied ego experience if you choose for it to be, but you do not need to allow it. It does not have to be this way. You are conditioned to react when your worldview is threatened. It is these reactions that perpetrate the more difficult aspects of your collective existence, which is why we urge you when you find yourself in a negative and low-vibrational space to step back and seek a higher vibration. Breathe. Pray. Meditate. Listen to uplifting music. Move. Seek beauty. Find something that inspires you. Do these things until your negativity is replaced with positive, higher vibration emotions. These positive feelings are the language of love and Source. And these are the emotions that will reignite in you the re-membrance of the Oneness. As always, we walk beside you during your embodied existence. All of the Oneness holds you in love and light as you continue on your human adventure. We have never left you, and you have never left us. You are deeply loved. Read next message Link to original on AuthorKarenFrazier.com Image by Wim De graaf from Pixabay
